When is the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 event?

ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 will take place from 13th - 16th February, 2010, Chandigarh, India.

 

 

3.

What are the booth set-up and dismantling times?

Set-up / Move-in:
9th February, 2010 – 12:00 pm.
11th February, 2010 – 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Tear-down/Move-out:

15th February, 2010 from 8:00 pm (if required)
16th February, 2010 from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

What is the exhibition hours at ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010?

What is the Exhibition Stall / Booth Order deadline?

Exhibition Stall / Booth Order deadline is 05th February, 2010

 

 

6.

How can we order additional power supply for our booth?

Additional power options are available on request. Please place your power specifications before 07th Febuary, 2010. Additional power is available on additional payments. Multi-outlet extension cables can be ordered via the additional equipment column in the participation form.

 

 

7.

Will there be Internet access at our booth?

All Exhibitors will be having access to internet connection without any additional costs.

 

 

8.

Will there be security at the exhibition site?

The ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 organiser’s will maintain 24-hour perimeter security during move-in, exhibition days, and move-out. For additional security services please fax or e-mail your requirements to:

9.

Which services exist for logistics?

ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 short-listed logistic partner will provide exhibition logistic services on additional costs directly before, during and after the show. Services include lifting equipment and manpower on site, short term storage, storage of empties, and collection from the booth after the show and transportation if needed. We recommend contacting short-listed logistics partner before sending your exhibits and materials.

 

 

10.

Can we store boxes or any other bulk goods at the venue?

The ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 venue does not provide storage rooms. The exhibitors must store their materials either in their booths or alternatively arrange storage via short-listed logistics partner.

 

 

11.

Can we book meeting rooms at the venue to meet clients etc?

ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 would have meeting rooms in the pavilion. If you require meeting rooms during the event please contact:

Will there be photocopying / printing services at the venue?

A “Copy & Print Station” providing services for copying, printing, office stationery etc. will be located at the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 venue.

Are there parking facilities at the venue?

Parking for 250+ cars is available in the car park of the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 venue.

Can we fly our flag with company logo outside the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 venue?

There is an option to fly your flag with company logo near the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 venue main entrance which can be utilized by interested companies. The affixing rental throughout the event is available for a fee of INR 5000/US $125.

Will exhibition / conference passes be sent to us?

Exhibition and/or Conference passes will not be sent. Please collect your pass upon arrival at the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 registration counter.

Can we place an advertisement in the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 exhibitor directory?

Yes, exhibitors can place an advertisement in the ASIA AUTO FAIR, 2010 exhibitor directory (circulation 25,000).

 

 

18.

What did you offer along with the stall?

We will provide you with 1 table, 2 chairs, fascia with companies name and free entry in the event directory (for 9 sqm stall).

 

 

19.

What are the terms of payment?

100% full payment along with the participation form.

Is there any ticket for the entry in the Exhibition Venue?
