The stalls are available from 4 sq. meters to 135 sq. meters. More than one stall can also be merged according to requirement.   The cost per sq. meter of buildup stall is INR 6000 / US$ 150, Raw Space inside the pavilion is INR 5500 / US$ 140 and Raw Space outside the Pavilion is INR 5000 / US$ 125 (excluding service tax ).

There will be a special exhibitor directory to highlight the event. The directory will highlight products and business details of all the participants. It will be distributed to a wide range of business visitors, government and automobile industry delegates who would be visiting the exhibition. The purpose of the directory will be promotion of products and services through advertisements focused on the industry. The advertisements in the directory will serve as an ideal vehicle to advertisers to reach a wider spectrum of decision-makers in the automobile industry.
